To place your order, please send a WhatsApp message with the details of the product you’d like to purchase. Let me know if you’d prefer delivery via PAXI or if you’ll be collecting it in Parklands. Please note that courier costs will be added to the total price. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

  • Ordering: Orders can be placed directly through my website by contacting me via WhatsApp. You are welcome to request more photos of the product that you are interested in purchasing. Once your order is confirmed, I will provide you with the payment details. Please note that I may not always have my phone with me, but I will do my best to respond within 24 hours.
  • Handmade Items: For handmade items, like the bracelets please ensure you place your order well in advance, as these products are made to order and require additional time to create. I will provide you with an estimated timeline when you place your order. Each one-of-a-kind, ready-made item crafted from driftwood or upcycled materials is unique, reflecting the natural variations in the materials used. These pieces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be changed or customised.
  • Please note that handmade products may look slightly different from the photos. This is because each piece is individually crafted, and materials like beads can vary slightly in colour and finish. This adds to the charm and individuality of every item.
  • Payment: I accept cash payments for orders collected in person. For online orders, payments must be made via PayShap. Please ensure that payment is completed before I can process your order.

DELIVERY

  • Courier Service: I use PAXI as my courier service of choice. Delivery costs are not included in the product price and will be added to your account at checkout.
  • Delivery Process: Once payment is received, I will prepare your order for dispatch. You will receive tracking information once your item has been shipped. Delivery times may vary.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • You may return an item for a refund if it significantly differs from the photo or description.
  • You must notify me within 48 hours of receiving the item if you wish to return it.
  • Once we agree on the return, the item must be shipped back within 72 hours. The buyer is responsible for return postage.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e., not washed, used, broken or damaged). Personalised items cannot be returned, so please ensure you are certain about your purchase before finalising your order.

Courier Issues: Any issues with delivery should be reported directly to PAXI. I am are not responsible for delays or problems once the item has been handed over to the courier.

DISCOUNTS

Members receive a 20% discount on all handmade and upcycled products. To apply your discount, please include your membership number when placing your order.

Individuals or businesses ordering more than 20 of a specific product also qualify for a discount. Please contact us to discuss this further.
